The official bodies of General Convention are established and defined in Canon I.1.2(n), Canon I.5.1, Canon I.8.1, and Canon III.15.1, and meet throughout the triennium to facilitate the programmatic mission of the General Convention. It is the responsibility of each body to file a triennial report, which is published in the Reports to General Convention, colloquially known as the “Blue Book.”

These official bodies of General Convention are established and defined in Canon I.1.2(n), Canon I.5.1, Canon I.8.1, and Canon III.15.1, and meet throughout the triennium to facilitate the programmatic mission of the General Convention. Records in this series include minutes, correspondence, memos, reports, and administrative files.

This material constitutes Series 4 of the General Convention archive. It is arranged alphabetically by title.

Access to Episcopal Church records is governed by the Archives Public Access Policy. Research requests must be submitted in writing.

The Archives is able to respond to limited requests for reproductions subject to copyright restrictions, internal policy, and the condition of the source documents.
